Every shoot is unique. All quotes are tailored to the specific requirements of each booking and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

GST

All quoted amounts are exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.
Travel

Travel within 30km of Geelong is included. Travel beyond 30km will incur a fee of $0.90 per kilometre.
Rush Delivery

Delivery requested within 24 hours will incur a 25% rush fee, subject to availability.
Usage Rights

Quotes include standard personal or agreed commercial usage. Additional licensing or third-party usage (including advertising, publication or resale) can be quoted separately at the time of briefing.
Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery. RAW/unedited images are not supplied.
Weather

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsuitable weather at no additional charge.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or requests to reschedule should be made as early as possible. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date where reasonable notice is provided.
Payment

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received. Final payment is due prior to delivery of the completed gallery unless otherwise agreed.
Copyright

Copyright of all images remains with Nicole Freeman Photography. Clients receive a licence to use the delivered images for their intended personal or agreed commercial purposes.
Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Nicole Freeman Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website and social media purposes.A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received. Final payment is due prior to delivery of the completed gallery unless otherwise agreed.
Editing

Images are edited in keeping with Nicole Freeman Photography's signature style. Additional retouching may incur an extra fee.
Commercial & third-party usage

Personal photography bookings include a personal-use licence. Commercial photography bookings include the usage rights outlined in your quote. Any additional licensing or third-party usage will be quoted separately.
