How much does a video cost

Every project is different, so we provide a tailored quote based on your goals, scope, filming requirements and deliverables. Whether you need a single social media reel or a full-scale commercial, we'll work with you to create a solution that suits your budget.Every shoot is unique. All quotes are tailored to the specific requirements of each booking and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

What does your production process look like

Our projects typically follow three stages:
Pre-production: Strategy, creative concepts, scripting and planning.
Production: Filming on location or in studio.
Post-production: Editing, colour grading, sound design and final delivery.
We'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Do you travel?

Yes! We're based in Geelong and regularly work throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria. We're also available for interstate and international productions.
How long does a project take?

Turnaround depends on the complexity of the project.
Generally:
Social media content: 1–2 weeks
Brand videos: 2–4 weeks
Commercial productions: 4–8+ weeks
If you have a deadline, let us know, we'll always do our best to accommodate it.
Can you help with scripting and creative ideas?
Definitely. Whether you have a fully developed concept or no idea where to start, we can assist with concept development, scripting, storyboarding and creative direction.Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery. RAW/unedited images are not supplied.
Can you film and take photos on the same day?

Yes! We often combine video production with professional photography, allowing you to maximise your shoot day and receive a library of content for your website, social media and marketing.
How many revisions are included?

Every project includes an agreed number of revision rounds, outlined in your quote. Additional revisions can be completed if required.Cancellations or requests to reschedule should be made as early as possible. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date where reasonable notice is provided.
Do I own my videos?

Once your final invoice has been paid, you'll receive the agreed usage rights outlined in your proposal. If you're planning to use the content for paid advertising, broadcast television or third-party licensing, we'll discuss the appropriate licensing during quoting.
Do you provide drone footage?

Yes. Where appropriate and weather permitting, drone cinematography can be incorporated into your production to capture unique aerial perspectives.
Can you create content specifically for social media?

Absolutely. We create platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, including vertical videos, reels, short-form edits and content designed to maximise engagement.
Do you work with small businesses?

Yes! We love working with businesses of all sizes, from sole traders and start-ups through to established organisations, agencies and production companies.Images are edited in keeping with Nicole Freeman Photography's signature style. Additional retouching may incur an extra fee.
What if I feel awkward on camera?

You're not alone! Most people aren't professional presenters. We'll guide you throughout the filming process to help you feel comfortable and capture authentic, natural performances.
Can you produce a project from start to finish?

Yes. Freeman Films offers end-to-end production services, from concept development and planning through to filming, editing and final delivery. You can be involved as much or as little as you'd like.

Where are you based?

We're based in Geelong and regularly photograph throughout the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast, Melbourne and regional Victoria. We also travel interstate for weddings and commercial projects.

How many photos will I receive?
